How much protein and water do I need?

We recommend approximately 80 grams of protein daily to maintain good health  and proper muscle mass. You should consume 32 – 48 oz. of water per day initially and eventually increase to 64 oz. per day. Water is preferred, however, you may substitute water with sugar-free, non-carbonated, caffeine free fluids.
